Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund policy is as follows:

• The return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
• Only unused products are accepted as returns
• Only damaged products or items received in error (wrong product) are eligible for a refund
• To initiate a return, please email customer service at thehealerchick@yahoo.ca  with "Requesting a Refund"  in the subject line of the email and explaining why you need to return the product in the body of the email.
• The cost of shipping of the return item is payable by the customer. The package must be sent as a trackable shipment. The original purchase price including tax will be refunded. The return may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded. Payment of the refund to be on the original payment method within 5 days of the returned product being received by The Healer Chick.
• All refunds are at the discretion of The Healer Chick
